ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time unless there is a defect, damage, or the wrong order has been delivered (see below).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, preorder items can be cancelled within 7 days of the original purchase or before the preorder window closes, whichever occurs sooner. After this period, cancellations can no longer be processed as the items will have entered the production stage.
If your product has a manufacturer's defect, is damaged upon arrival, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days from when you receive the order with a photo of the defect, damage or wrong product, and your receipt of purchase. We’ll send you an email if your request has been accepted and let you know if a replacement product is on its way or if we are otherwise issuing a refund or other option. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address. We make no guarantee that we can correct an incorrect shipping address and do not monitor emails 24/7.

JKrew LLC monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
